Who can benefit?

Post-stroke patients, who function independently in everyday life, who were discharged from hospital without rehabilitation.

People who have suffered a Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA) for a period not exceeding 24 hours.

What are the options we offer?

• A cognitive/ functional evaluation process.
• Individual customized therapy, strategies tailored to your personal needs and learning how to implement them in everyday activities.
• Even if several months have elapsed since the stroke occurred, you may contact your family physician and ask for a referral to our clinic. We offer short-term treatment customized to your individual needs.

The service is included in the health basket, and may be obtained with a referral from an attending physician (and Form 17), or privately.
